I am a Retired Navy Disabled Veteran and have utilized Microsoft Employee Jonathan Brown to fix issues with my computer.  I received documentation from Jonathan Brown Identifying him as a Employee of Microsoft.  I had work completed on my New Laptop on the following dates and made the corresponding payment with the understanding I would be reimbursed for the services.  These are the dates and amounts for the service:

6/8/2018   $1030.00

6/11/2018  $1030.00

6/13/2018  $1000.00

7/5/2018    $1000.00

After paying for this work to be completed on 6/8/2018 I continued to have problems with my laptop and called Jonathan Brown to find out what the problem was.  I was advised futher work would have to be completed but I would be charged and Re-imbursed for their services.  Upon completion of the service I continued to have difficulties and when I contacted Jonathan I was passed to David Smith who assured me I would have to pay to fix the ongoing problems but would be payed back due to paying for the work that was just completed on 6/8/2018.  Upon completion of the work on 6/11/2018 I continued tp have problems with the computer and was billed again for the services.  After this I was clearly upset and did not want any assistance but on 6/13/2018 I was billed again.  When I contacted Mark Wilson he gave me a list of numbers for Western Union payment that was being sent to me.  I went to Western Union and the numbers to complete a transaction were invalid.  I have since been contacted by Ron Williams who claims the Attorney General will cut me a check for my losses and he states he has a check for $20,300 to pay me back.  Of course he wants me to pay him a % up front and then he will mail me this check.  LOL!  I am providing you with the Names, Phone Numbers and Address of these individuals.  What Legal Action can I take?
