Itouchless Horrible Product Foster City, California

I first bought a 13 Gallon trash can that was touchless, it lasted 2 months and the top operating system failed. I did not want to turn it in as they know that would be to much trouble, not knowing of other brands I purchased another top for nearly the entire price of the whole product. The top part gave out again after 3 months so I decided to just use the can pulling the top with my hand. About 2 weeks later I picked up the can and the bottom lid rim fell off and was split in the plastic. A few days later the rim around the bag holder broke. I asked for a replacement part for the rim and was told I could buy a replacement for around nine dollars. I complained about this and was emailed a reply of a 10 percent off the rim. Naturally this was a joke and a slap in the face. There will be no more of this product and I even told them to no avail. Stay away from these cans as they make their money on continuing replacemnt of the parts.
