ITRONICS INFOSOLUTIONS MATRIX Gave pre-process & process training & havent got paid;We had heard about the frauds & cheating tricks used by ITRONICS INFOSOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd AKA MATRIX through our other friends who worked their as ag Bangalore Internet

We were hired by Itronics Infosolutions PVT LTD which is in J C Nagar,Bangalore ,India. We were asked to provide them with Pre-process & process training which we did with good quality as acknowledged & appreciated by both company as well as the trainees.

However, we noticed that everyday either a cop would come & file an FIR against the company or a previous employee will come and blast the HR of the organization.Many times we had to intervene to calm the other party.

As we had heard about the organizations' cheating Technics through our friends -who had worked their & did not get paid-so after giving our services for 1 week we said we will terminate our services if they fail to sign the papers of service contract (which they kept post-poning saying they were busy, or out of town or death in family or a birthday or festival function!- all in a weeks' time!).

However, they were still reluctant & we terminated our services immediately, but they are yet to pay us for those 7 days; which they are again postponing giving one or the other reason.

Though its a small amount, but still its our hard earned money & we should get it back.We are told that they do it with every other trainer.

Also a previous batch of 23 trainees along with their trainer had filed an FIR against the company but with no result-thanks to corrupt cops.The pre-process batch trainees are charged Rs 4000/ each for the training with a job guarantee in  Itronics Infosolutions PVT LTD, however they are not selected & pushed to other companies acting as consultant  for them & get referral amount per candidate by the other company.

So their way of earning- take money from candidate aswell as the other company!

And we have got strong information that the callcenter they run is also based on duping method to dupe US citizens of their hard-earned money in the form of loan processing agents.

I believe this has to stop as we cannot afford more trainers, trainees,companies & foreign citizens be duped like this by such cheap thinking unprofessional people ( read as suriya reddy & Candy sugaya of ITRONICS INFOSOLUTIONS fame! )
