“Terrible experience. While the shipping was quick it took them 5 days to "review" my iphone 5. I was very fair with my classification of "good condition" which was to include "light to moderate scratches".
Unfortunately this company is a bait and switch organization. If I can't get a good condition on my phone then nobody does! I get my offer knocked down to a fair condition and they have the phone so you almost feel obligated to take it.
Not me. Send it back. Have them pay the shipping costs both ways and I will not do business with a bait and switch organization. Don't believe the hipe and fake comments on here. They are NOT reputable.
