ITT-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE/ ESI THE GREAT AMERICAN SCAM NASHVILLE Tennessee

When I first signed up for ITT in march of 2006 the recruiter Yulanda C. Ivy asked me what were my goals and I told her that I eventually wanted to go to law school, so she tried to put me in the criminal justice program and I informed her that I did not want to go through criminal justice. I wanted to get through the business program in case I decided not to go to law school. That's when I asked her was the school accredited and she replied sure!!!! With confidence, now its three years later and I found out that they are accredited by acics not regional accredited. I have contacted several other students in the same program as I and they all were not informed that the school is not accredited regional and several of them who wanted to pursue master's degrees are basically restricted to ITT or another school that's not regional accredited.

ITT in fact and its employees the recruiters misrepresents the company and its accreditation buy not disclosing that yes they are accredited by the ACICS (association for independent colleges and schools). But they are not regional accredited and that's what counts when pursuing a masters or graduate school degree.
When I enrolled in ITT the recruiter knew I wanted to go to graduate school and did not disclose that they were not regional accredited and that my chances for getting into law schools was not going to happen because the bachelor degree I am going to receive would not be recognized by ABA approved law schools or certain non ABA approved law schools. Even there own commercials (say that credits earned are not likely to transfer) when in fact they no none of there credits will transfer and they continue to miss inform the consumers of the actual facts concerning there entire program.

I would like to have all money for tuition reimbursed, and my record with the school to be dissolved I want no affiliation with this school or corporation ITT/ESI and I am currently seeking a class action lawsuits with 10 other students including myself to recovery years of lost time ,mental stress, misrepresentation fraud, deceit And negligence. ITT as a corporation owed a duty of care as business as they claim to have a particular expertise in the educational field. And they breached this duty while defrauding me and not giving me the proper education to pursue my legal education
