I am a 3rd quarter student at the Vista Campus in San Diego. People are on this site complaining about how ITT is ripping them off, I'm here to call BS on most of there complaints. Yes they say you CAN get a high paying job with the education that they provide, my point is that, it's ALL Individual effort, that goes with everything that you choose to do in life. I have been in the job market for a long time 30+ years, I am 51, I have seen the people that complain about there "situation" in life. Most of these people are SLACKERS who expect more than everyone else and DON'T do as much as everyone else towards improving themselves and EXPECT others to GIVE them something for nothing, that seems to be the trend with the youth today. I see students who come late to class play video games on the campus computers in class while the Instructor is teaching, the very same students when they are given a project to complete are emailing there friends, "Hey man do you have the answers for the homework". I was recently assigned a project to complete with 2 other students in one of my courses, one of the assigned students on this project came late everyday to class, there is only one class per week in any subject, while we, the other student and I worked hard to complete the project, oh by the way the other student that actually worked on the project with me is an OLDER STUDENT and UNDERSTANDS the IMPORTANCE of INDIVIDUAL effort in ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS IN LIFE, the "OTHER STUDENT", did NOT assist with the project until we as a team had to FORCE him to participate. Both of us who PARTICIPATED in completing the project received the appropriate grade for the class, grades are based in part on in class participation and attendance, when the aforementioned slacker received a lower grade than we did, he complained to the Instructor, and then AS USUAL left class a full hour before class was over. Remember Employers look at these things when considering a NEW EMPLOYEE. so to all the people who are complaining about ITT. I say B%$# Sh@&!!!!
