IT ITV Ventures Company charges my credit card eventhough the product is back ordered Elk Grove Village Illinois

My husband has been using Rice N Shine a health product ordered through ITV Ventures out of Elk Grove Village, IL. However, even thought the product seems to be helping my husband cholesterol the company that ships the product is terrible. The last draw was when they charged my credit card 30 days before we received the product (reason given the product was back ordered). We got the product last year and when we opened the box the bag had exploded we had Rice N Shine all over our home it is a fine dusty material. They did send us a replacement. We were receiving product every 30 days my husband was not using it all up so we called and switch to receiving every 45 days and they changed it. Then all of a sudden we start receiving every 30 days I tried to call and change however, I could never get through to a customer service. When we received the last box I noticed that my Credit Card was charged 30 in advance When I finally got through to their customer service department after 3 calls (I was hung up on once, waited for 20 minutes the second time, and then finally got through and the customer service person was rude) and speaking to the cs rep said hold please and I waited 5 more minutes only to get hung up on.
Finally I recalled the same number listed on my invoice (800) 942-2443 but this time pressed the option for customer service to re order product amazing they picked up the phone right away.
My concern is this if you have a good product and then another company takes the orders and provides you with the product and the service is terrible i.e. charges you for more product than you can use, they change the frequency of the delivery back without your authorization and then they charge your Credit Card even though the product back ordered. I can not trust my Credit Card information with a company who can not do a better job then this.
