Ivan Hannel Lost my legal case because of his incompetence Phoenix Arizona

I had a very good case for medical battery against a surgeon. I urged Mr. Hannel to call the surgeon as a Plaintiff's witness.He declined. As a result, my claim for punitive damages was dismissed immediately after he rested, since he had not proven our point by questioning the Defendant. Besides this horrible mistake, Mr. Hannel proved incapable of eliciting any of the important points during his examination of our witnesses or the cross examination of the Defendant's witnesses. I was extremely upset while I listened and watch while my case was completely botched. Even after the judge ordered that Mr. Hannel would read my written questions to the witness, Mr. Hannel changed my questions to ones that were useless. I paid Mr. Hannel $65,000 for his expertise, of which he had none. As a separate issue, I wonder how many people know that the Arizona Bar Association has no interest in incompetent lawyers. The are free to practice law as they please. They prosecute only ethical violations. What a joke.
