Sadly, we were referred to this clinic by our OB/GYN.  We are sure the doctor received a nice referral fee, AKA kickback, from IVF Florida for sending us there.

The place is insanely overcrowded.  In fact, on some days you'll wait two hours just to see your doctor.  It's so bad that you go from one waiting room to an empty room where you can wait some more.  The doctors are completely overbooked and that is the idea to maximize profit, the doctors take in as many people as possible in this factory, sometimes called a fertility center.  

There's no other clinic liked this as most of the other clinics in Florida are small, where there's a doctor or two, not seven or eight doctors designed to appeal to every demographic group.  

Because of the gross size of the place, plus all the patients waiting hours to see a doctor, everyone is rude.  Employees get yelled at for the long waits, and therefore seem impersonal and irritable.  While the doctors simply sit back and enjoy all the money lining their pockets from patients who were misled and told what a great place this was.  

The truth is we were overbilled for things and charged for things we didn't even have done.  It was a nightmare dealing with all the red tape and runaround.  This place is all about the money and herding in as many patients as possible, service, accuracy and caring about the patient be damned!  I would highly recommend to anybody to avoid this factory and go to a small doctor that specializes in fertility, one who actually cares about doing quality work instead of the quantity of the patients that can be jammed into one facility!
