Ivory Brites / Alxis Wellness Joey Santorielli, HWP, Healthwellness Portal Unauthorized Debits from my bank account causing overdrafts, Internet

I ordered a trial offer from Ivory Brites in June of 2009. Then I cancelled my order, offering to return unopened packages of teeth whitening product. They told me it would not be necessary and I would need to go no further to prevent charges to my account. They LIED. Come to find out, this month of December 2009, they have been charging my account a $9.99 fee monthly since June 2009 for something called HWP - Axis Healthwellness Portal, that they say I elected to sign up for. Not the case. These swindlers offer no refund and caused me overdraft fees on my account. I called the service rep., Joey Santorielli (if this is his real name), he smugly told me that I must have signed up for this otherwise they wouldn't be charging me. I have never heard of this Healthwellness Portal, nothing was ever sent to my email from them and yet they charge me continually for a service that is fraudulant. I simply wanted them to quit debiting my account and causing me problems. I have cancelled my debit card and put a hotcard notice out if they try to debit again. So I have lost $83.91 to these scam artists and will never trust an internet business again.
