I chatted with Ivory Option and chat inform me that I could close my account and withdraw my funds. I made the request and have receive no response.

Hello, on 3/25/2015 Daniel Hendrick of Ivory Option sent me an email that closing my account and withdrawning my funds was approved. On 3/27/2015 these funds was accredited to my credit card.
