I opened a trading account with Ivory Option last year and was trading okay with them , even getting money through their withdraw system. I had invested $190,000 USD with them in two accounts.

David Hoffman was my broker and he suggested in April that he trade on my behalf... On the first of April he traded three trades and they all lost so I sent an email to David Hoffman and to the CEO David Cohen that David Hoffman was UNAUTHORIZED to trade my account ... I even sent it in a second time. On the 8 April David Hoffman traded on my two accounts and wiped them out in under two hours! Leaving only 17.50 in one account and 30 in the other.

The support team headed by Viktoria Russell and her crew of Ethan Smith, Gabriel Miles, Nicole Brown to name a few have given me the runaround over the past few months and I a at my wits end. I have been in touch with the US authorities, the German the British and Cypriot authorities and all say they cannot help me. I am hoping that you may be able to assist me to get my money back.

Below is a copy of the recent list that I have sent to the Ivory Option support team. Currently I have one account that has a total of 1013.15 available with Ivory Option.

I would like to hear back from you to know what is possible.

1) why my account 11505 was closed without my knowledge.

2) why account 23877 was also closed without my knowledge.

3) why my account 11505 was traded on 8 April 2015 UNAUTHORIZED that in less then 2 hours ... Draining that account from $106,000 USD to 17.50!!!! This is outrageous!! Not to mention illegal and unethical.

4) why my account 23877 was also traded on 8 April 2015 UNAUTHORIZED that in less then 2 hours was also drained from $50,000 USD to only $30!!! Again illegal and unethical!

5) why it has taken this long to get any information back from Ivory Option.

6) Also there were UNAUTHORIZED robot trades during the month of March 2015.

7) Also UNAUTHORIZED trades on 1 April 2015 of three trades 5,000 USD each.

I have documents to back up these states of my two accounts with Ivory Option.

Please get back to me this week.
