Ivory Options Account traded down $24 dollars use without permission or contact before doing so. United Kingdom Internet

My account with Ivory Options had over $8500.00 USD in it. I logged into my account to make some trades and it showed a balance of $24.00 USD. When I questioned the customer service rep I was told it was because my account was hooked up to the trading software. And I had been contacted by my account manager before this was done.  I have never been contacted by an account manager or talked to anyone giving permission for this to be done. It only took 2 days for Ivory Options to take my account away from me without permission.  I keep contacting them and they tell me they have turned it over to account services and they will get back to me. It is not happening, this company has ripped me off! They feel they can do whatever they want because they are in the UK and there is nothing I can do for recourse from the US. They will rip you off, not in the beginning, they want to such you in first then Boom what you going to do about it. I am disabled and on a fixed income I can do nothing except inform the public about their rip off and hope someone listens. They got me good!
