These companies are the biggest scammers I've ever seen. When you order their trial tooth whitening system they send you a trial and full set. Their product is shotty and hurts your teeth. When you go to cancel they will drop the price of the full set $70 to $19. If you still want to cancel you have to send back the full set. I put mine in a secure box and sent it back with the RMA # they gave me. Then noticed on my credit card statement I was charged $19.80 I called them and they said that the box was crushed. I went online and did some research and noticed that this has happend to over 300 people and the Better business Bureu has been contacted over 300 in reference to this company. This company is frauding USPS and UPS but saying they are damaging the product and those who purchased insurance are being screwed over. I would like someone to file a class action lawsuit against this company.
