IvoryWhite offered a $1.00 trial offer which I accepted.  They then charged my account an additional $2.95 Shipping. Then unauthorized, charged me $78.41 more.


No company information, address, order form, what has been charged my account, when my account would be charged again.


Only information comes from UPS label:  Distribution Center, 6205 Lookout Road STE D, Boulder CO, 80301-3334.  


Phone number provided goes to rude, unhelpful person unwilling to remove the charge or give me return information for product they sent.

IVORYWHITE Whitening Tooth Whitening System i orderd the free trial and was charged 78.41 only supposed to pay shipping handling then on april 12 i was charged 84.36 for a product that i didnt order boulder, Colorado
