I am a chemo patient who know better than to buy things on line however I thought that I was only getting a sample of IVORYWHITE for 4.97.

I later noitced a debit to my account for 78.44 and so I contacted the company and was told that I had signed up for this and my expiration date was up and there was no way to refund my money.

I explained to them that my disease had devasted the family and I needed the money back because I have three kids all under the age of 6 and I myself would not live long enough to enjoy white teeth in all probability.

I have since filed a dispute though my bank and I have sent a letter to Brian Lind who can only be reached by mail.

So far I have not gotten any response and it is clear to me that I was a victem of a scam.

I had no clue that they would debit my account and I really feel that I was blindsided.

Any reputable company, would gladly give the money back under these circumstances.

I am sure that I am not the first one to have problems with this company but I won't give up trying to get my money back and they can count on that.

Hello,


I just contacted IvoryWhite after having been billed $71.41 and was basically told that it was my fault because I did not read their "Terms and Conditions" in the order confirmation email and online. If they were a serious company, I would assume that they would put a clear warning in the package/on the product that the package sent contains not only the trial offer but also the full version. Stating it online is just not enough and it is clear looking at the number of complaints: any serious company would address the situation and print a warning onto the package and/or in the documentation provided.

I think (just my personal opinion) that this company is relying on the fact that most people do not read the "Terms and Conditions" and take advantage of it. This opinion seems to be backed by the number of complaints against IvoryWhite and by how long they have been going on. It is really sad because such practices hurt the online business.

A very dissatisfied "Trial Offer" customer.
