IVP Prayer Cross.com GSI Commerce DR Operations; Went to 'As Seen On TV' site, order single prayer x. Site confirmed order but IVP sent ship conf. for 3 diff unauthorized ship orders, cred card already reported unauthorized charges over $300.00. Internet, Nationwide

Went to 'As Seen On TV' and ordered a Prayer Cross.  That order was confirmed the next day via email but I also discovered that I had three emails from Customer Service@dps.com with three different orders for various quantities and sizes of the prayer cross.  The emails stated that this was an outgoing address only and I could not respond but gave a link to check status.

I immediately called my credit card and was told that I had four different charges were already made by this IVP and more pending currently totaling over $300.00.  I the card and told the credit company that the charges were unauthorized.  As Seen On TV's charge for our single prayer cross order had not yet been charged.

The credit card company gave me the phone number to contact the IVP company making the charges against my card and I asked why I did not get a order confirmation and order numbers from them before a shipping confirm.  They told us to return the items unopened when we received them and they would refund our credit card.  I don't expect to receive anything and will be filing a complaint with the credit card company for fraud.

Thank God, IVP sent us the notice of shippment.  That leads me to believe that someone is getting private info from As Seen On TV and somehow gets some kind of kick-back or profit for orders filled by IVP.  Of course this is total speculation on my part.  I just know I got ripped off.
