i have signed up with ivy capital to try and start an online business. they talked me into using my credit card to fund the venture and in return i would have a coach help me get my on line business going. i spent 8700.00 for the package and 1400.00 for the llc. and office space that i will need because i have to have a physical address and the state of nevada has almost no taxes compared to ohio, so part of the 1400.00 went to rent on the office space that they actually do their business out of. they told me that they will give me a money back guantee if not satisfied. little did i know that the guantee was only good for 3 days after purchase. i did not even recieve paperwork or any notification from them in the 3 days so how could i know if i liked the business or not. i also did get a coach for one hour a day once a week. we only worked on the site about a half an hour instead of an hour though. i contacted Steve Lymon who i belive is a manager of a vice president of the company after about two months of trying to get the site running and explained to him that this was bogus and the traing and help that i was promised never happened. they said i would have to invest at the beginning about 30-40 hours a week a week to get the site going. i have invested well over 70 hours a week trying to figure out what i need to do to sell online. i still do not know what i am doing after six months. also the guantee said that i if i did not not make my initial investment back within 6 months that they would continue working with me until i did make my investment back. i feel that i have done eveything in my power to kee my end of the bargain and that they have not. i can not even contact my coach, he doesn't answer his phone and haven't even talked to him for at least two months. Steve Lymon from ivy capital told me that i would not get my money back but he would help me out to save, still don't know what that was 4 months later. i feel that the way it was brought about was fraud and that they don't live up to their bargain. i would like to get my money back, so this is the first step. I did not even get the 250,000 opt in e-mails that they promised me as part of the 8700.00 that i paid up front.not to mention Steve Lymon tried to make me feel like an idiot when i talked to him and basically said it was my fault that my business never got off the ground. all in all because this scam artist of a company promised me so much and never delivered i am falling behind on my bills worse than before. i am asking for help to get my money back because ivy capital won't help me. they are a scam and feed off of people who are desperate in these tough times. thank you,

My Name is Jim Evans,

I have been an employee with this company for over 2 years. We have worked with hundreds, if not thousands of success team members. You only notice about 4 or 5 bad reviews on here. That's because this is a great company, they warranty your investment and the only time people don't make money is when they
a) quit or b) don't listen to there mentor. It's that simple.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Ivy Capitol and Triad media are fraud

AUTHOR: In2deep - (U.S.A.)

Being a former employee of these 2 companies I can personally tell you that they really do not care about anyones success, only their own pocket books

Almost on a daily basis I would hear people say "The sales person said I would make 10k a month if I worked hard at it"

There is no secret plan to make money on the internet that these people sell. It was not until about 3 months ago that they had any kind of curriculum. Their current curriculum is about selling ebooks. ebooks have gotten so bad that even ebay has banned the sale of them.

It was up to the coaches to decide what kind of website to do for the clients. To break that down, It means that this company was telling people they would make thousands of dollars per month but really had no idea how their customers would do this.

The coaches make 20.00 per call and are full time doing this. So when you think you are joining an "Elite Team" (Sales peoples words, not mine) you are doing nothing more then talking to someone who more then likely has never made a full time income from the internet. The coaches work from home and in most cases teach the clients how to make a blog that can easily be done for free.

My goal in life is to take these companies down and stop them from praying on people. Especially the elderly people who are to trusting of people. One of my former clients used every bit of his retirement because his sales person at Ivy sold him 2 packages for 8,000 and 9,000 dollars. For that much money he had to make his own website and find his own products to sell. He is an older person and was not savvy enough to build a website. Last time I talked to him, he was about to loose his home because the sales person at Ivy Capitol told him that he would make 6,000 - 8,000 a month.

I am working very hard to start a class action against these people, I have enough clients that are wanting to sue that I am going to follow up with them as soon as I am personally represented. I have over 150 clients that I will be contacting when the lawyer says its time. I was told that the attorny could not contact the clients and that I would have to do it myself.

You HAVE TO call your credit card company and dispute the charges. Inform them that this company, Ivy Capitol and Triad Media are frauds and if they investigate it, the Credit Card companies will notice there has been hundreds of charge backs already. I have personally helped atleast 4 people dispute the charges with their CC company and this is THE ONLY way you will get your money back.
