IVY Capital Inc - Mark Warren's Ultimate Wealth Package - Triad Media Inc - Success Team SCAMMED ME OUT OF $8,695 REFUSING COMMUNICATION REGARDING THIS SERIOUS ALLEGATION Las Vegas Nevada

I signed up with The Ultimate Wealth Package after several unsuccessful attempts to create an online business. The website offered was simple and did not offer much but only costs $49.95. When I signed up the website asked if I would be interested in Personal one-on-one coaching. I said YES! That was my FIRST mistake.

While the website given for $49.95 was earning NO money, I was subsequently contacted by Mark Warren's Success Team regarding my interest in one-on-one coaching. After a conversation with a Peter Gilbert, the Company decided I would be a good candidate for their one-on-one coaching because this opportunity was not open to everyone, only a selected few. It was up to me if I wanted to go into this Conservatively ($5-$8k), Moderate ($8-10k) or Aggressively ($10-15k).

Peter Gilbert allowed me to speak with Kyle a Principal of the Company. The company was NOT Mark Warren's Ultimate Wealth Package, the Company that took the money was IVY Capital, Inc. Kyle suggested I go with the Moderate level and an Investment of $8,695.00. Since I did not have this kind of cash They suggested I use my credit after learning I had excellent credit. They explained to me about leveraging and using 'other peoples money'. While it might have been a bank's funding, the ultimate debt was MINE. They convinced me that I would earn this back within 2-3 months and I believed them.

I started this venture in July 2007 and six month's later, I have earned NOTHING. I have dispute this with my Credit Card company and because of the way they worded their Contract Agreement, there was nothing the Credit Card Company would do. I have contacted the Company several times regarding my 'Investment' and the fact that I have earned NOTHING and they have NOT been able to explain why I have been unsuccessful. ALL they want me to do is continue with my coaching (which is actually the money I invested) 'AT NO COST TO ME'! I gave them $8,695.00 and they said that 85% of that money is invested in MY business. I received TEN sessions of coaching, earned NO MONEY, and they are now offering FIVE additional sessions. I have refused the sessions until I am offered an explanation as to why I have been unsuccessful to this point. Steve Weinman (Head of Coaching) and Kyle (Principal) have NOT answered this question which I have posed since my original 10 sessions ended abruptly in October 2007 with my earnings totalling $5.66 nowhere near the Investment of $8,695.00 which I was to earn back within 2-3 months.

This report is to ANYONE out there who is considering signing up with Mark Warren's Ultimate Wealth Package DBA IVY Capital, Inc. I will NOT stop until I receive my money back. I wanted an online business. I did EVERYTHING that was requested of me while this Company did nothing to ensure my Success! I am now stuck with a large debt and no ability to pay it off! This is a summary of how I was scammed by IVY Capital Inc. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
