IWIN Herbal, Glendale, CA HORRIBLE customer service at IWIN Herbal! Glendale California

I find it disheartening that a company like IWIN Herbal would promote its product Acai Cleanse 300 to people by using an underhanded scheme. I, too, received an offer to try the product for the cost of S & H. I did not like the product and canceled within the 14 day timeframe. I was surprised when $88 was debited from my account the following month and then received two more bottles of the Acai Cleanse in the mail. I immediately called the 1-800 number and was told I never canceled my account! I ended up "canceling" again and requested a refund and wanted to return the product. I was told their office couldn't help me but I could email a separate billing department and would receive instructions on how to proceed. When I didn't receive a response to my email, I called the 1-800 number again and was told it could take 24-48 hours to get a response. It has now been 4 days and I have not received a response, despite sending three emails this week. I called again today and was told to wait longer - not sure how long - just longer! I was told that the return of product and refunds could not be handled through their "customer service" office. I guess their office just takes orders and takes our money. I'm sure they hope I'll get tired of the whole thing and just keep the product and they get an easy $88 but that is not going to happen.
