Iwish direct Bought 2GoPro cameras and 2 SD micro discs. Never received them, never received refund! Internet

In December I purchased 2 GoPro cameras and 2 SD micro discs. I waited for 2 weeks and notified them that I didn't receive them. They apologized and said they were going to refund me. So I waited again. No response. I sent another email stating I was turning them into trading standards. Finally received an email on March 3rd stating they refunded me. Again, I waited to see if money was returned to my bank. No money. So. I'm waiting again. I'm afraid I'll never get the refund. All I want is my money back.
