IW/Living Lean Cancelled account and still charged for two months! Internet
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ordered the tea in January 2008. Returned by calling company and getting appropriate directions to return also in January. Did not know I had Living Lean plan was involved at that time. I was charged $19.95 in March and April 2008 for this program!
Called the 1 866 396 5711 and company verbally agreed to cancel contract and refund the two months. I ask for a confirmation # which I received and ask that it be sent to my e mail address. I have not received as of yet.
