I was watching TV and seen a commercial for a free trial of weight loss tea, so I got on the internet site and signed up for a 7 day free trial.

I got the tea about 4 days later so I called the company becuse I wanted to make sure I wasn't charged told them it wasn't working so far so please cancell me from any membership any more tea any anything I told them I didn;t want to be charged anything except the postage for getting me the tea the lady said well try it for 7 more days give it a longer xcchance I said no I don't want to be charged and it said at the beginning a 7 day free trial well it's not been 7 days and I want to stop everything! She said ok you are cancelled just try the tea for 7 more days, I said"for free" because I dont want the 37.00 charge, she said yes what will it hurt!

About 14 days later I get my credit card bill. it has a 6.95 charge for shipping, it also had the 37.00 charge for the tea! I then called the 1-800# in my bill, I told them why I cancelled I was not suppose to be charged for the tea, the guy gave me some song and dance story I sauid ok you got me for the 37.00 tea, do not charge me any hidden charges, fees, meberships, anyuthing,do you hear that!! I'm done with you people you ripped me off but do not do any more I'm done with your company completely!

A month goes by my credit card bill comes, a charge for 19.95 appeas onm it from IW?livinglean, I call the company from the 800# on my cc, it says well we arent Wu-Wi tea but you were signed up through them when you took the tea! I said no I told the guy I wanted no memberships no nothing from ths and they said ok. Well I'm sorry mam but thats what the paperwork said, you have to call us personally and tell us to cancell! I then am upset but say, ok cancell me now, do you understand, I don'want this I never ordered it in the first place! Ok I can do that the voice says here's your cancellation number.

Another month goes by and another 19.95 charge is there from IWlivinglean! I call them again and talk to a lady not very happy I might add. She says well I'm sorry but I don't see a cancellation here but I will cancll you I say I want your supervizor on the line to see what is going onm I never signedup for this now you guys just keep taking my ney. Ok Mam she says, let me get my supervisor, thirty minutes later my phone just hangs up. i guess thats how long thyey kept me on hold til they decided to hang up on me.

Another month goes by, I did call my credicard company and tell them what was up[ they said they needed it in wriing and the company will keep doing it until they file a claim probably. They had to wait on my paperwork! Anyway sure enough the next credit card billing here comes the 19.5 charge from IWliving lean with no phone number on the billing I might add like all the rest had.

I called the comnpany again got a guy named Sherlock this time I wrote it all down he said I was cancelled May 5 i said I talked to the last lady before that and she said she cancell;ed me, he said I just know it says here you were cancelled May5,I said ok do you have a cancellation # he said he will send me an e-mail and for sure I am cancelled I now have the e-mail, cancellation number and all that and Sherlock swears I won't be charged again but...... what about all these other times!! Will I see it again on the next credit card bill I get?
