IWS*I PRO AUCTION On my credit card, $49.95 just showed up one day! Ripoff internet

Recently I accessed my credit card statement online and there this charge was:

Mar 01 Iws*i Pro Auction 866-3776747 Ut $49.95

I called the phone number and couldn't understand most of the 'English'; when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he was in a meeting! The telephone recipient said he cancelled the rest of the payments but would not refund my money.

I don't even know what this item is or how they got my personal information. I couldn't find a website but google turned up this company's name in conjunction with another rip-off report entitled 'E-Pro Auctions and Surplus Alert.'

I'm turning all this over to my credit card company, including a printout of rip-off's E-Pro report.
