Do not rent for Izumi Von Hardenberg, There are many reports stating that she is running a scam and she is! She will take your money and then tell you she has landlord problems or some other stupid story. Demand your money back! Do not stay one night in any apartment or room she offers you as you will lose your deposit. We got out money back because we did not stay and I demanded my money back and told her I would dispute it on paypal, report her to the better business bureau and report her to the NYC fraud division. I found another sublet that was fabulous, honest and gave us what we were promised. I found Big Apple Sublet my accident and they saved our trip.
