We found this site through a search engine. Made contact by email as no one answered the phone number listed. They replied to ALL emails and agreed to take Paypal payment. We were told to beware of Western Union and Money Gram payments. We made PayPal pymt on June 27th-still no rental agreement. All emails from the owner Izumi, indicated it would be sent and wanted to know how payment was made.
I have made several attempts to contact and all emails were vague and always wanting to know dates, time, which apartment. They never claimed their payment as of July 8, 2008. PayPal froze the funds for me after I found this site and read other reviews. We turned down two other apartments because of scam concerns. We even contacted previous occupants and they bragged on this owner. But still no apartment rental agreement. We feel we gave them ample time to come through and prove legitimacy.
