 I too ordered 2 pairs of nike sandals. A pair of black nike lunarsandiator and a pair of blue nike gladiator. I paid over £110 for both pairs which equates to 1072.15 chinese yuan. I also emailed asking if they were genuine nike shoes and was told not to worry and that they were authentic. I was sent 2 pairs of cheap and nasty, no-name shoes which were obviously a fraction of the price to make and looked nothing like the pairs i had ordered. I got in touch and asked them to send me a returns address as they had sent the wrong shoes.

I too received a reply asking for pictures for proof, i did so and was sent a reply saying word for word, exactly the same as the email sent to 'zabkaozzy'. They said the shoes were way cooler than i ordered and they hope i could keep them. I explained that they werent what i ordered and didnt want or like them. I was then told that they spent too much on shipping ( which is false because I paid the shipping) and the manager refused to let me return the shoes as they would probably get lost in the post. They said they hoped i would accept a 10% refund and keep the shoes. I explained i hate the shoes and wanted a full refund. They refused, and again offered a 10% refund. I emailed back, refusing their offer and stated i would be reporting them. They have now stopped replying to me. I have since looked online to try to find the shoes they sent me and have found very similar ones at under £20 each pair.
