I purchased this trip from his Ebay advertisement in June of 2006 for $200. Money was sent and I received a certificate.
We scheduled the trip twice and both times he cancelled. One time was because it was scheduled over July 4 and the other time he said he had an accident and his boat was damaged. We were half way to Washington when he called and cancelled this trip. He promised a refund, but I never received one. I have email correspondence from him cancelling the trip as well as promising a refund.
This evening (November 3, 2013), after seeing a report about him on Ripoff Report, I tried to call him, but he has apparently changed his number. I still have the certificate and am still hoping for a refund.
At this time, I am going to contact the Washington licensing service for guides.
