I have been paying JBC Legal Group $30.00 since April 1, 2005. I have never missed a payment. In december 2006 They sent me a letter saying I still owed $574.07. I have sent in payments every month and my bank cleared each check. So i know every payment has been made. But now this is my problem Oct 3, 2007. I received a letter from Assetcare, Inc. saying I owe them for the same bill the amount of $574.07. They informed me that JBC Legal group has not admitted that I have been paying since 2006 December. But I have proof they have cashed my checks. What do I do now? I tried to call them But the numbers have been disconnected. Please help me!!!!
