This company disappeared after our wedding day, with all our money! They claim to be a husband and wife team genuinely invested in providing a special experience for a couple. What they don't tell you is that they fail to deliver any products and personal communication post-wedding. After further research, I found out there are multiple other couples in the area that are experiencing the same as us! I don't know how this photographer is still in business! It's so upsetting to know other couples, every day, are giving their money to this business, unaware of the consequences of their decision to use J. Bartolome Photographers for their wedding day. This guy needs to be adequately exposed to the local public asap!
