J & C Concrete Concepts Jeffers Construction Concrete Overlay Exposes Inept Installer Sham in Louisiana Gonzales, Louisiana

Overlay shattered, discolored, and ripped off, not only on addition but overlay applied to existing patio failed, cracked and peeled. Surface was improperly prepared causing overlay to crack, peel, erupt, break, and fade after only 3 months.
Contractor did not install standard expansion joints, mesh, rebar, or attach concrete to existing surface. Concrete failed, sunk, and cracked.
Contractor substituted inferior product than was selected.
Contractor refused to inspect damage and honor warranty, but instead responded with profanity, personal attacks, and bogus claim that he was not "allowed" to cut expansion joints. In addition, he replied to BBB request to honor warranty that "a judge had to tell him to do so." Judge awarded money Judgment to client.
