  I purchased a pole barn kit from james carver and had it built to get a professional install.

what i got was far from that first noticed bent panels all around the building not 1 corner trim was square and unparallel

to the wall panels i then noticed roof panels a total of 9 was bent some seams had bad gaps in them i then noticed the 

front overhead door opening was not square and the header was already sagging.i call him and told him of the problem

he wanted to know how many panels i needed i told him nine panels on the roof and seven on the walls he got upset with 

me or at me as if i was lying and told him it needed to be fixed he then wanted pics i took pictures and sent them to him

and a video. thats when i noticed that one side of the front overhead door was two inches lower than the other and the roof 

was sagging called him he to let him him know he said he would fix the problem. two weeks later 1 guy showed up 

replaced the roof panels and several wall panels but did not replaced any end panels , leveled front metal on the building 

but the roof and door frame are still bad door frame is 2 1/2 inches out of square  and with the roof out of square u could 

not realy see the problem upon hanging frront door and realizing the door could not be hung because a lack of a header

and being out of square i called him of the problem  he asked if i instructed the repair man of the problem i said yes he 

lost it ranting and raving about how he cant afford to keep sendinig someone out to fix the building. at this point i 

had enough of his attitude as if i caused this problem. the only problem i caused in this transaction is doing buisnes

with jcpolebarns very unprofessional very rude i suspect a mental issue on his part because you dont treat customers

the way he treats them but after a few curse words and him threating to come to my house and kick my a*s .i will get 

some estimates and send him the bill
