I am filing this report on behalf of my mom who lives in Fresno, California. She ordered 2 pair of slippers in July 2003, her check was cashed in early August. She called the phone number in Canada (not toll-free) and was told she would receive slippers in late September. It is now the end of October and still no slippers.
