J. D. Marvel Products Inc. 1 week to cash check, 5 months later, WHERES MY STUFF Beware Of Purchase !!! Champlain, New York

I liked what I saw, thought it would be perfect for a future gift. Paid $31.45 for 2 pen tools. One week later, the check was cashed. Sad thing is, I called 2 months later and the oriental lady's voice on the phone stated the product will be in the mail just this week.

1 month later after that call, I called back. The lady oviously didn't take notes, she stated "it was mailed last week, look for it in the the mail in about two weeks." I asked her, why in 2 more weeks if mailed last week, she stated "it is comming from Canada."

Now 1 more month later, the operator on the phone says "number no longer in use check number or dial again."

WELL, now what? What can we do?
