J. D. Marvel Products, Inc. ripoff Champlain New York

As my daughter and I both have problems with our back, and I have authritis badly in one knee, I order two Najima bracelets form J. D. Marvel Products, Inc., on December 13, 2002. Being so close in location (New York to Maryland), I thought perhaps I'd have them in time for Christmas. I gave it the 2-5 weeks for delivery (as stated in the ad) and then some. Towards the end of February I started calling them. The line was always busy. It rang once, but continued to right like forever....no answer.

I've made purhcases through the mail for many years, and have never been ripped off. I don't have a lot of money, so I can't afford to be giving it away. The product I ordered was not a luxury, it was a necessity. I know the world isn't a perfect place, but this is really low. It would please me to know that the people who run this company will someday be punished. Shame on them....taking a little old ladies' money....shame, shame!!
