I attempted to contact this company for a frame and was advised that I would hear back as to freight charges within the week.  By the end of the week I contacted them again and was told that the frame I had selected was now twice the price.  Afterward, I received a long e-mail explaining the reason for the difference.  By then, I was suspicious of the company being legitimate and searched the corporate listings director and found nothing.  I located several other aka's & indexed them as well.  They do not accept PayPal so there is no protection against theft.  They are not a legitimate company and any funds sent to them will be lost.  They do not have anything to send you, only to rip you off.  Do not have any contact with these people, Mary & Frank, for any reason.
