J H Lamarre Home Improvement - Joseph Lamarre Help please. I hired Joseph Lamarre to fix my roof. He gave me a estimate four months ago of $100....took him four months to come out and do the work (by then the hole was bigger) he came out and patched the hole and left it un-tarped...the rain came in that night and my ceiling in my garage caved in on my SUV. Help please. I hired Joseph Lamarre to fix my roof. He gave me a estimate four months ago of $100....took him four months to come out and do the work (by then the hole was bigger) he came out and patched the hole and left it un-tarped...the rain came in that night and my ceiling in my garage caved in on my SUV. He was like OH DARN...said he would fix but it would cost me $350 more! So to make this short HE STIFFED ME. He told me yesterday he would come out and fix the ceiling and the other repair job he left unfinished to leave him another check for $100 so he would get materials and FINISH THE JOB...well he took my check cashed it and would not return my house key (I had to get locks changed) and told me to find someone else to fix his mess. He also left me with a driveway FULL OF ROOF NAILS for me or my daughter to get a flat from. The roof nails appreared yesterday after he took my money and ran! Anyone have any info on him I would greatly appreciate it.
He goes by Joe and I thought he was a nice guy...but WRONG.

I do plan on taking him to court. One estimate on fixing my car damage was $979 and the other was $1100...Please anyone that know what area of town he lives in or his address or business name I would so much appreciate your help!
