J HASS GROUP THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU END IN BANKRUPCY. SCAM!! Scottsdale, Arizona

I signed up with this company in the belief that they were licensed and had the ability to help me resolve my debt issues. The contract I signed stated that J. Hass Group did not recommend that the client stop making payments to their creditors. They stated that it was our decision wether or not to stop making payments. However, I was specifically advised in my initial meeting to stop making payments. I was making payments to a savings account instead from which they would eventually make payments to settle our debt. Then after a few months one credit card company sue me for "default", the only way to get out of the summit was "pay a settlement in full" or start making monthly payments again, so because the funds take time to build I didnt have enough to pay in full so I end up paying monthly payments on top of what the agreement was with J Hass, then other credit card company sue me again, at the end and after few months I had to file bankrupcy because I didnt have the money to make a second extra monthly payment. SO I lost all my money because J HASS refused to refund me. In addition, I have learned that the company is not licensed and that according to Ariz. Rev. Statute 6-133 (2008) (criminalizing as a felony, violations of Ariz. Rev. Stat. 6-703 & 6-715 (2008) (prohibiting unlicensed debt management), with "each day of violation [consulting] a separate offense"). STOP THIS SCAM. I have reported tem to te BBB and to the Attorney General. PLEASE HELP STOP THIS SCAM.
