J & J Electronics ripoff!! fraudulent ripoff business ripped off and scammed Franklin North Carolina .....

I ordered a digital cable converter from this company. They sent me a USED unit that did not even TURN ON!! They insisted that I pay C.O.D. , so now they have my money and they are not returning my calls.

I have tried repeatedly to contact them these last few days. They do not answer their phones or return my emails. It is very frustrating because they were VERY quick to return my calls before the sale. Now that they have ripped me off, they will not communicate with me.
Jeff Bianchini, the principal of this company, belongs in jail!!!

Do not order from this company - they will flat out rip you off!!!
