J & J Services, Julius Owner Stole auto parts Columbus Ohio

 I took my F-150 to this establishment for brake repair on my back brakes from Auto Zone. I purchased the brakes and requested this shop to put them on which was $65. I stayed there the whole time while he did the job but I didn't watch them. When they were done, I left and they seemed to be working ok. But the very next day I started hearing a "clanking" sound. At first, I thought, maybe something got caught in there but the sounds never went away. So I took it to another mechanic who took off the wheel and he noticed all the hardware was loose. I was shocked!! He even said the emergency brake lines were snapped in two... I couldn't believe it. He said I didn't have any new brakes on my vehicle except ONE brake shoe... not four as there should have been! So basically that other shop charged me $65 to STEAL my brakes. Then I looked up reviews and other people said the same exact thing, their parts went missing or did not get put on their vehicles!! When I confronted them with pictures, the owner Julius said he couldn't tell if it was my truck and it looked like normal wear, or as if water got in and rusted it in 2 months? What? I couldn't believe that was his response! He just didn't care. He doesn't even have licensed mechanics in the shop just dudes off the streets that can change a tire or a headlight!! I am so upset because I feel like I just gave them money for no reason, and really... I did!! Please help!
