Will FCAA Board Member, J. Paul Robinson ignore the criminal actions by FCAA Sandy Novak, FCAA Ed Rodonets and FCAA Sonne Udemgba (suborn) that was presented to him?I guess the FCAA Panel's decision will answer this

Undisputable hard, cogent, physical  evidence is in front of FCAA Board Member J. Paul Robinson that exposes the criminal actions of the Saskatchewan Justice Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority Staff and Directors against the Respondents in an ongoing FCAA proceeding. Time will tell if J. Paul Robinson will try to sweep these FCAA criminal actions under the rug, outright ignore them or actually call these FCAA entities to task for the crimes they committed during both, the investigation as well as during the proceeding for the past 5 years. These crimes are so severe and so gross that it proves beyond a doubt the Respondents not only were forced to participate in an unfair proceeding but that knowingly false charges were laid against the Respondents by the FCAA, led by ex-RCMP and current Deputy Director Ed Rodonets (or Ken) –he goes by two different names apparently.

For 5 years, over 100 times, the Respondent fought and fought hard for what is constitutionally and legally entitled to them and that is full disclosure. They fought Robinson on this issue, they fought the FCAA Panel, they fought FCAA legal counsel Sonne Udemgba and FCAA investigators Sandy Novak and Ed (or Kenneth) Rodonets. Each time, for 5 years, the respondents were lied to and perjury was committed by all FCAA staff. Each time the FCAA and their partner, the Leader Post/Star Phoenix, along with the FCAA Panel ridiculed, chastised, belittled and defamed the Respondents for this fight for truth, as a matter of fact, they actually blamed the Respondents for wanting to learn and know the truth. To them we say the following:

“It is astonishing that a judge would blame a defense lawyer for attempting to learn the truth -- a truth the prosecution had a duty to disclose and that the defendant had a constitutional right to know. It is even more astonishing that a judge would conspire with a prosecutor to conceal a violation of that right, placing a defendant at risk of being convicted on the basis of perjured testimony. Bias is the operative word when it comes to this FCAA Panel and staff, and the Leader Post and Star Phoenix. Their days of reckoning will be coming soon. The real question waiting to be answered and that will determine how fair this Hearing was is: Will FCAA Gordon Hamilton, FCAA Peter Carton and FCAA Paul Robinson (or J. Paul Robinson) ignore or sweep this criminal activity of the FCAA under the rug? We will soon know this answer when their decision comes out.

The FCAA’s PR attempt to yet again smear the Respondent in Barb Pacholik’s February 6^th 2014 article shows how truly scared Sask Justice’s FCAA department is running. The FCAA, along with their Leader Post partner Barb Pacholik, had to take another shot, another assassination attempt at the Respondent in hopes to harm her so much that when the news of the FCAA's criminal actions come out, they hope her word will not count.

The February 6th 2014 Leader Post Article, in collusion with the FCAA, was just a dirty, low cheap shot, and just plain “ugly” what the FCAA and Leader Post did to the Respondent . It makes them look ugly, not her. In addition, it should be noted that Pacholik’s Feb 6th 2014 article was full of fraudulent and false statements  as the statements Pacholik selectively picked, were proven to be false and fraudulent, during the Hearing. In addition both FCAA Novak's and Rodonets’s perjury/ lies were also exposed during the FCAA Hearing to this Panel, why do you thing all of a sudden these hearings were closed to the public? Can't have the criminal actions of government directors exposed to the public.  Apparently Pacholik nor Marlon Marshall are not big on fact checking or the truth. They are big on sensationalism and character assassination though. They should look at their own characters.

NOTE: I am not a named party to any of these proceedings. I am part of a growing group who became suspicious of the FCAA and Leader Posts one-side comments, rules and statements over the years. I spoke with and have gone over the evidence with the Respondents and was shocked to learn that the REAL TRUTH has never been told, not even close. It is sickening what has happened here and this FCAA department and their actions are very suspect.
