J &T creations specialize in rock and roll style clothing and jewelry. It was advertised custom shoes. I ordered 2 pairs as they were buy one get one free. My order was placed on Sept 26,2014
At first communication was good. I waited till the middle of October to ask about the status of my order. Since it was "custom order" I was trying to give it a little time. I got an email saying I should receive my items that week. Well I never did.
After a week I emailed again stating I did not receive my items. I didn't not get a reply till after I posted on facebook about not getting my order. Then I was told they were shipped to wrong address and they were waiting to get them back to receive them. That was in November.which you think they would of emailed me to let me know there was an issue with my order. They said they emailed me but I received no email saying anything.
The last time I emailed J & t creations was Dec 1. I have not gotten a repLy. I've emailed the regular email account, the Facebook page and the individual who is in charge of J & T creations. I have not gotten a response. I do check the pages and the individual and J&T t creations pages have regular activity, if not daily. one of the items wS for myself another was a gift. Since It was past 45 days paypal does not cover the amount so i am out $60.

Received merchandise

I finally received my merchandise in January. I had to call my credit card company and explain the situation they refunded me my money and created a chargeback for $60 to j & t creations. which I was told by a mutual friend that their Paypal account was frozen. I believe this was why I finally received my merchandise. I canceled the chargeback fatter receiving my items. So J &t got paid. Stinot did not communicate at anytime. She chose to do communication through a mutual friend. I will never purchase merchandise from them. Cool merchandise but bad customer service.
