Avoid SellingFactors at all costs, and especially avoid their scam artist founder J. Westcott Holtz, also goes by John Westcott. Other aliases include John Marcus or John Conrad.
His companion is Amanda Holtz, likely “Amanda Davis” - amandalholtz@icloud.com
They are run by shady people who are not using their real name.

Their listed mailing address has changed multiple times:

A little research will reveal their founders have scammed and cheated others in the past using other business names such as InTouch Lead Solutions, ClosePoint LLC.
Signed an agreement with them that required a $2,500 deposit for their lead generation service.
Almost half a year of wasted time later, the only result was one warm lead.
To make matters worse, they were extremely non-responsive. Simple, repeated questions about process would go unanswered.
John Marcus aka J. Westcott Holtz or whatever his real name is would then write long rambling emails apologizing and promising to deliver this and that.
Finally I was fed up and requested a refund.
Their “accounting” contact promised a full refund, delayed, came up with other excuses, and finally just went dark completely with no further communication.
