They practice false advertising by stating "all of the below are free for one month" at http://www.j2.com/sp/premier/premier_30dayfree_act.asp
When I emailed them about cancelling and presented them with the evidence of their false advertising and confirmation emails that I received stating that the faxes sent were part of the "free trial offer", they tried to sham me about the free offer not including outbound calls, but I had proof that they could not deny that they were ripping me off. They finally said they would credit me part of what was charged. I checked and they did not credit me squat. They are cheater, robbers, liars. Watch out. Believe it or not they are traded on the stock exchange, I hope they go down, down, like they deserve.
I didn't even want the stupid "free trial offer", I tried to sign up for the free basic service and was stuck with this somehow. They are scammers with no ethics. BEWARE!!

j2 gave me a free fax number for years under the rules that I don't receive more 30 faxes a month on my fax number. But, on a particular month, I receive way more than 30 fax pages which I didn't realize but they showed me proof. This means that I screwed up, not them. Therefore, my fax number that they provided me for years expires on Jan 26 2009. They were great to me and the fax number was absolutely free so I have no bad blood for them.
Since I exceeded the amount of faxes for that month, I could keep it if I were to pay a monthly charge for unlimited faxes (which very fair on their part).

Never heard of them never conntact them never
approved any transaction to them.
suddently they have been charging 27,5$ twice a month from my account!!!
who are then they even wrongly guessed expiration date on my card and they shifted it from transaction to transaction !!! it just shows they are tiefs!
just my 2 c. (my contact email is real but other detail i want to kept secret .. dont believe anybody now :)
