Jaanu & Julo Skin Creams Scan w/ Healthcare creams Internet

I am not easily fooled into scams and rip offs. But having advertisements on secure websites with the most popular celebreties presenting them, I didn't think twice.

I called Jaanu to get my 14 day free trial for a small face and eye cream. Less than 14 days later I called them to cancel- I was on the phone for over an hour waiting for a representative. Finally I spoke to someone and cancelled. She promised me that I wont see any charges on my card. I requested an email confirmation. I never received it.

This has been going on since January. It is 6 months later and they are still charging my card. I tried blocking them by calling my credit card company and they couldnt do anything. I have been back and forth on the phone with Jaanu but theyre still charging.

Now I finally cancelled the credit card (I am missing out on a great rewards program) so they cant charge me anymore.

I am writing to you to please beware! And keep away from this company!
