Jaanu Skin (rep David id#135) Internet #1866-710-5107 Deceptive business practices, terms are no transparent Internet

I saw Jaanu skincare and was tempted by the $4.95 trial offer. The funds went out of my acount and I received the product. I read that I had a 30 day trial to cancel and waited to try. Less than 2 weeks later they charged me $89.95. I called the company after much debate, was told I'd be given back half, that the policy states it's 14 days. I re-read the terms and conditions and there was no such info and the agent couldn't tell me where the info was on the website. They did not refund my money, and was told never to call again. I was demanding, somewhat aggressive and asked to speak to the supervisor. I was told my account would be canceled and I would get a follow up email which I did not get. I told them I would report it to the Attorney General I did not get a full refund. THIS IS A SCAM. ***BE WARNED.
