After checking (I thought carefully) to make sure that I wasn't signing up for a membership, I ordered Jaanu Age Defying skin serum and Renew Eye Cream.

Found two charges on my bank statement ( one for 89.75 and another for 84.75). When I called the number, they said that since I didnt call and cancel within 14 days to cancel that the only thing that they could do is cancel any further orders but could not refund those two charges. By the way I haven't received any product since the trial product.

When I argued and stated that I was going to start calling to report them until I found the right person, he hung up on me.

Since I used my debit card,I'm going to try and get the bank to change my account number because others on line have said that they continued to be charged even though Jaanu had supposedly canceled their memberships.
