Originally I decided that $4.95 for shipping a free trial of this product was a good trade-off; so I could see for myself if the product's claims were as good as seen on video.

Upon authorizing $4.95 for shipping I recieved a notification that I was also charged for some sort of shipping insurance and $35 for some eye cream. These items were NOT in my cart!!

I called to have those charges reversed.

I tried the product for a week. Then I threw it in the trash because it is CRAP!

Not too long later I recieved another shipment of the product. The invoice had no financial information what-so-ever; no account number, no price, NOT EVEN MY NAME!

It did however have a phone number on it. I called the number and demanded a refund. After I was told there was no evedence of cancelation. I told the gal on the phone that I never authorized it AND I looked for those sneaky phrases that would trick a person into un-wittingly authorize recurring payments. I was told there was nothing to be done to get a refund. I had to threaten to call the police, and pretend to cry to get the woman to finally give me a refund. She said she gave me a refund and that I would see the deposit in my account in 3-5 days. Her name is (supposedly) Venesa; employee#43614.

I collected a reference number and a transaction ID number, but I will not believe it till I see the refund on my bank statement.

I not only NEVER authorize this company to send more product, I went out of my way and checked every nook and cranny to make sure they wouldn't. There were NO disclosures stating that they would charge me again the next month! AND for all of you reading this, if Venesa wasn't lying to me, you can get a refund. Don't take NO for an answer. (She didn't even send me to a manager.)
