Listen up guys:
Alot of you are considering bankruptcy. I am not a bankruptcy attorney but I will relay this message to you from Jennifer Larabee (Lead Attorney of the FTC in CA). You don't want your wages garnished or a lien put on your home. Get an attorney if you need to.
1st-Call all your creditors. If they don't believe what has happened send them a copy of the complaint that was filed by the FTC which is located on the front page of their website.....
www.ftc.gov Also copy the press releases which are located on the left of the web page. You will want to copy these and keep them in a safe place regardless for future loans and any financial problems you could have with your credit report.
2nd-If you need to file a complaint call 877-FTC-Help. You should be receiving a letter soon from the FTC explaining all that has happened. I suggest saving that letter forever.
And again, if this is your first time on the Rip-off-report I urge you to read from approximately 8/15/02 of the reports to current. There is a lot of information in there that can help the FTC get our money back.... right now it looks very slim that we will see any of it. I too have lost thousands $$$$.
