Jabez Shakur (Bryan McCoy Hicks) and Carla Lynne Gordon are con artists. These two have been running investment scams ALL over the US, especially in Atlanta, Ga. If you or someone you know have been a victim of these two please click on the links below to file a complaint with the SECURITIES REGULATOR in Ga (or your respective state) and also with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. Both Carla and Bryan (aka Jabez) are CURRENTLY under FEDERAL investigation for fraud. One of their partners is already doing over 15 years and they will be next. Your fraud reports will go a LONG way in helping to convict these two thieves. They are predators and will not stop until they are in prison- which won't be long.
